Terms and Conditions

Lomillustrates have the rights to decline a commission or project.

Strictly no refund and no cancellation of an on-going project. The client must still pay in full.

Rates and prices may vary depending on the complexity of the task.

The client must inform the designer if the output is not allowed to be posted on social media platforms.

If a client fails to claim their completed project within the said deadline, a late claim fee of PHP 30 per day will be charged to the project's total cost.

If the client has not specified a due time, the editor can send the output by 11:59 PM (PST)
Fees and Payment

40%-50% down payment is required. The rest is due before final delivery.

Additional 30%-50% for the raw file/s or link.

Minor revisions are free within 12 hours of project completion.

Major revisions incur an additional fee starting from 75 Pesos.

Please note that additional fees will apply for commercial use and non-disclosure agreements.
