Prior to accessing our products and services, please ensure to thoroughly read our terms and conditions.

The designer reserves the right to decline any project request that goes beyond their capabilities, schedule, or preferred line of work.
Strictly no refund and no cancellation of an on-going project. The client is still required to pay the agreed amount in full once the project has started.
The client must inform the designer if the output is not allowed to be posted on social media platforms.
The client must provide complete details, instructions, and necessary materials before the project starts. Delays in submission may affect the turnaround time.
If a client fails to claim their completed project within the said deadline, a late claim fee of PHP 20 per day will be charged to the project's total cost.
If the client has not specified a due time, the designer may send the output any time before 11:59 PM on the agreed deadline date.
Free revisions are only applicable if the client provides feedback within 12 hours after project completion. Revisions requested beyond the given timeframe may incur additional fees.
Clients who fail to respond to follow ups within a reasonable period may be subject to public posting regarding unpaid, unclaimed, or abandoned projects.
Strictly no unauthorized editing, tracing, reselling, redistribution, or claiming of the designer’s work as your own without proper permission or credit.

40%-50% down payment is required. the rest is due before final delivery.
additional 30%-50% for the raw file/s or link.
major revisions incur an additional fee starting from ₱75.00.
additional fees for commercial use and non-disclosure.
rates and prices may vary depending on the complexity of the task and the length of the deadline.
rush fee : rush fee starts at ₱80.00 and may vary depending on the project scope and urgency.

For rush commissions
- Processed within 1-3 business days, varying based on complexity of the design and instructions of the customer
For non rush commissions
- May take 4-10 business days, depending on complexity of the design and instructions of the customer
